Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in polished casual or fine dining.
• 3+ years of salaried management preferred.
• Strong wine knowledge preferred.
• Flexible schedule and US work authorization.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fully staffed restaurant department and foster an inclusive environment.
• Implement security protocols for staff and guest safety.
• Create memorable guest experiences and engage with the local community.
• Drive restaurant results through P&L management and sales initiatives.
• Ensure menu items meet recipes and high presentation standards.
• Uphold safety and sanitation practices and model Fleming's Principles.
