Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Tucson, AZ seeks an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, drive culinary excellence and coach a high-performing team.

You will own the P&L for the kitchen, maintain our quality standards, implement safety and sanitation practices, and partner with guests and the local community to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum as an Executive Chef, Executive Kitchen Manager or Regional Chef.
• 2-year culinary degree is a plus.
• ServSafe Sanitation certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards, staffing, inclusivity and accountability.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Be the restaurant of choice by creating memorable experiences and engaging with the community.
• Exhibit strong business acumen and drive results through P&L management for the kitchen.
• Present quality food according to recipes and high presentation standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices with a culture of excellence.
