Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed department and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Implement security protocols to ensure staff and guest safety.
• Be the restaurant of choice by creating memorable guest experiences and engaging with the community.
• Drive restaurant results through P&L management and initiatives to grow sales and profitability.
• Present quality food and drink by ensuring items are made to recipe and presented to high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities.
