Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is seeking a Manager to lead a high-standard dining team, uphold safety and quality, and deliver memorable experiences for guests. The role emphasizes employee development, community engagement, and operational excellence.

You will oversee staffing, training, and adherence to Fleming's Principles & Beliefs while driving profitability and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum 3 years of salaried management experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment and developing Associates.
• Implement security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests.
• Create memorable experiences for guests and engage with the community outreach activities.
• Drive restaurant results through department P&L management and initiatives to grow sales and profitability.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared to recipe and presented to high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices with a passion for excellence.
