Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Be the restaurant of choice by creating memorable experiences and connecting to guests.
• Drive restaurant results through department P&L management and initiatives to build sales and profitability.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to recipe and presented to high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices with a passion for excellence.
• Live Fleming's Principles & Beliefs and foster a fun, balanced culture.
