Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor (Customer Success) in the North America region. The role requires expert Statistics teaching experience at the college or university level, and deep knowledge of Pearson digital product implementations aligned to instructors’ learning objectives and student outcomes.

The advisor will train faculty, provide customized resources, and collaborate across teams to improve course design and product rollout while supporting international accounts and various time

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics required.
• At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab required.
• Knowledge in multiple Math/Statistics fields; Data Science/Engineering desirable.
• Online teaching experience preferred; LMS experience preferred.
• Experience with Copilot and Generative AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the right integration of Pearson digital products to support teaching and learning goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies (MyLab).
• Consult with customers on content modification or creation.
• Create department-specific training resources (videos, guides, webinars).
• Collaborate with Product teams on development of new platforms, tools, and features.
• Partner with Sales on campaigns, calls, meetings, demonstrations and enablement.
