Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor for Customer Success in North America to strategically align Pearson digital products with instructors’ objectives and student outcomes. The role requires expertise in Statistics at the college level and extensive teaching experience.

You will train faculty, create tutorials, and collaborate with product and sales teams to optimize course design and implementation across Mathematics and Statistics domains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics is required.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.
• Knowledge in multiple Math/Statistics fields; Data Science/Engineering desired.
• Online teaching and LMS experience preferred.
• Experience presenting at conferences and department meetings.

Responsibilities

• Advise on integration of Pearson digital products with teaching goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting using MyLab.
• Create training resources: videos, guides, live and recorded webinars.
• Consult with Product teams on development of new platforms, tools, and features.
• Partner with Sales for campaigns, calls, meetings, demos, and sales enablement.
• Use success metrics and reporting to document recommendations and evolution of course design.
• Travel for face-to-face trainings and implementation workshops.
