Job summary

Horizon Air is seeking a Manager Station Operations to execute the station's customer service and ground operations strategy. You will lead a team to achieve performance targets while upholding safety and compliance standards.

You will shape staffing plans, oversee audits, and drive improvements across passenger service, ramp, and related functions. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service or station operations experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or two years of relevant training in lieu.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead station team with established objectives and priorities.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and budgeting for the station.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Plan training, certifications, and asset oversight for the station.
• Develop personnel through performance management and feedback.
• Represent Horizon Air at airport and community events.
