Job summary

Horizon Air is seeking a Manager Station Operations in Pasco, WA to lead the customer service and ground operations team, drive safety, and meet performance metrics. You will set priorities, manage staffing and budgets, and ensure strict compliance with regulations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will influence the team culture, develop talent through coaching, and coordinate with partners including airport authorities.

Qualifications

5 years of customer service or station operations experience.
2 years of leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree, or alternative two years of relevant training/experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum age 18; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Lead station team with established operational objectives and priorities.
Maintain staffing and compliance, budgeting, recruitment, scheduling, training, and audits.
Ensure operation compliance with regulations; oversee agents and performance.
Support station training, facility, equipment needs, and relationships with partners.
Shape culture and manage employee relations with fair processes.
Develop people through performance management and feedback.
Represent Horizon Air at airport and community events.
