Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a Station Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective airport operations with oversight of team activities and performance. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, be able to recruit and schedule staff, and ensure excellent service to our airline partners and customers. A strong safety culture and reliable, hands-on management are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required.
• Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
