Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Station Manager to oversee all operational aspects of the station, ensuring efficient use of resources, equipment, and personnel. You will liaise with airline customers to meet KPM objectives in a safe and secure manner.

You will collaborate with airport management, review financials, enforce safety regulations, and implement improvements for efficiency and service while maintaining compliance with TSA rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily activities for efficient station operations.
• Collaborate with airport management to maintain seamless operations.
• Lead and motivate operational personnel; foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement administrative and operational policies with upper management.
• Monitor financials and reports to identify improvements and profit growth.
