Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of carrier operations.
• Security clearance (SIDA) and airport compliance.
• Ability to obtain Global Operations Seal and meet door-to-door flight requirements.
• GSC credential and testing program adherence.

Responsibilities

• Screen staffing in all areas and confirm time utilization.
• Manage staff scheduling, hours, overtime, and consistency.
• Oversee daily air-terminal tasks for safety and compliance.
• Define objectives, monitor outcomes against metrics, drive accountability.
• Review spending plans and financial records to ensure approved spending.
• Ensure organization of work agreements and address minor issues.
• Maintain a protected workspace and support safety programs.
• Identify hazards and ensure safety, accessibility, and height standards.
• Monitor station performance, drive improvements, audit processes.
