Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a Station Operations Leader to manage and optimize the station’s daily operations across aircraft movements, ramp handling, and cargo processing. You will coordinate with customers and vendors to deliver high-quality service while controlling costs and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and experience with ground and cargo operations, including coordinating with airport authorities and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of extensive airline operational experience.
• Experience in cargo/passenger service operations preferred.
• Pass company initial and annual recurrent training in Loadplanning, Weight & Balance, and aircraft handling.
• Able to perform all aspects of Ground and Cargo Operations including Loadmaster, handling hazardous materials, de-icing, fueling, security, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the station's overall operation to support all business units.
• Ensure station safety regulations and requirements are met for aircraft, facilities, equipment and personnel.
• Achieve ground operations and corporate goals related to performance, safety, service, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cargo terminal operations and ensure quality service to customers.
