Horizon Air in Pasco, WA is seeking a Manager Station Operations to drive the customer service and ground service strategy at the assigned station. You will lead a team to deliver safety, compliance, and exceptional guest experiences, while aligning with company policies and budget priorities.

The role requires a mix of leadership, operations oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Formación

• 5 years of customer service or station operations experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to solve complex challenges and drive outcomes for the company.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve root causes.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Professional work ethic and ability to work with all teams and address concerns.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Lead station team with established operational objectives and priorities.
• Execute strategy to keep the station properly staffed and compliant including budgeting, planning staffing (short and long term), recruiting, scheduling, training and audits.
• Make decisions to ensure operations comply with federal, state, airport authorities and company policies; oversee performance across ground, customer, ramp, ticketing, cargo, baggage handling and timelines.
• Provide input on strategy for station training, aircraft gating, facility, supply and equipment needs, and maintain relationships with Port, Alaska Airlines, and other partners.
• Shape the culture of the team through action, presence and reinforcement of behaviors; manage employee relations with fair processes.
• Develop people through effective performance management with feedback and delegation.
• Promote Alaska Air Group’s Shared Values and deliver excellent customer service to internal and external groups; pursue process improvements.
