Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking team members to assist in daily retail operations at our California stations. You will support the Station Manager, supervise staff during shifts, and ensure safety, cash handling, and exceptional customer service.

Flexibility for various shifts and a strong focus on team collaboration are essential. Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, stocking, bidding inventory, and coaching CSRs.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environments with cash handling and customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register, computer console, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day retail facility operations.
• Provide work direction and coaching to staff during shifts.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality guidelines and company policies.
• Handle cash/money processes and loss prevention practices.
• Perform CSR duties and customer service tasks as needed.
