Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) seeks an energetic team member to support store operations in a fast-paced retail/ fuel environment in California. You will assist the Station Manager, supervise staff, coach during shifts, and ensure safety, cash handling, and customer service standards are met.

The role requires English proficiency, prior retail/fuel experience, and the ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends. CSI offers multiple shifts, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies, safety training, and instructions.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environments.
• Experience operating a cash register and related equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety for food storage and serving.
• Available to work varied hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain station operations in the Manager’s absence.
• Provide coaching to staff during shifts to meet CSI guidelines.
• Adhere to CSI safety, security, quality guidelines and Loss Prevention processes.
• Ensure compliance with wage & hour requirements and cash handling policies.
• Operate and train staff on transactional equipment and food service equipment.
