Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a Station Manager Support CSR to assist in day-to-day operations at retail stations. You will supervise staff in the Station Manager’s absence, manage daily tasks, and uphold CSI safety, security, and quality guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll handle cash transactions, train CSRs, perform audits, manage inventory, and ensure accurate, customer-focused service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment with cash handling.
• Experience operating a cash register and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and staff in the Station Manager’s absence.
• Assist with inventory management and prevent stockouts.
• Operate cash registers, electronic safe, and POS equipment.
• Train CSRs and ensure safety and CSI policies.
