Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) seeks qualified individuals to join our team in California as part of our store operations. The role emphasizes delivering top-tier customer service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to CSI safety and quality standards.

You will assist with daily retail tasks, inventory, and staff coordination while working within a fast-paced environment. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, direct deposit with weekly pay, health and wellness packages, and education

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Previous experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment with cash handling and customer service.
• Demonstrated experience operating a cash register, computer console, and related equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager in day-to-day operations of the retail facility.
• Maintain oversight of station operations and staff in the Station Manager’s absence.
• Provide work direction, motivation and coaching to staff during shifts to ensure tasks are completed as per CSI guidelines.
• Support safety, security, quality guidelines and all CSI policies and programs.
• Respond to accidents or incidents professionally and escalate as appropriate.
• Perform duties of Customer Service Representative as needed.
