Job summary

Ohio Department of Children and Youth is hiring a Human Services Manager to guide statewide professional development, policy interpretation, and data-driven decision making for Ohio's early care, education, and home visiting programs. The role is on-site in Columbus, with extensive collaboration across agencies and partners.

You will supervise staff, manage contracts and branding, and report outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• 72 mos. exp. in researching, developing, or implementing policies related to social services, health services, public policy, or comparable field.
• 12 mos. exp. in delivery of human services in a governmental, community, or private human support services agency.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Planning: design project plans with objectives, timelines, milestones, and resources for large-scale PD initiatives.
• Data‑Informed Decision‑Making: analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and needed trainings.
• Coordination of Statewide Training & Supports: organize/oversee training for early care, education, intervention, and home visiting professionals.
