Job summary

The Cuyahoga County Board of DD is seeking two supervisors to lead onboarding, training, and development programs for Support Administrators. You will supervise probationary staff, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with Ohio rules and agency standards.

Responsibilities include developing benchmarks, coordinating with leadership, and overseeing policy implementation and staff development across Medicaid and SSA functions. Remote/hybrid schedule is in place with onsite expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology or related area.
• Three years of Cuyahoga DD experience or five years of DD experience.
• Eligibility for State Department of DD SSA Supervisor certification with certification occurring within state statute time lines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the probationary onboarding of new Service and Support Administrators.
• Provide intensive coaching, mentoring, observation, and performance feedback to new hires.
• Develop probationary benchmarks, competency assessments, and performance indicators.
