Job summary

The Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) in Ohio seeks a Deputy Director 5 to lead statewide Home and Community Based Waiver programs. This senior role reports to the Deputy Director, directs operations across multiple offices, and ensures program compliance with state and federal rules.

The successful candidate will travel across Ohio, engage with state and local partners, supervise policy and project management, and help shape strategic goals.

• Experience in Community Provider Services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deputy Director to develop, implement, coordinate, manage, plan, and direct statewide Home and Community Based Waiver programs.
• Assist Deputy Director to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Provide oversight and recommendations for HCBS waiver rules and program enforcement.
• Provide consultation and input for policies and procedures concerning all HCBS programs.
• Supervise Waiver Policy and Project Management.
