Action for Children in Columbus, OH is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Help Me Grow home visiting program to lead day-to-day operations and supervise a team of Family Support Specialists. The role focuses on ensuring quality services in line with ODH and HFA standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in a related field or a Bachelor’s with 3+ years of relevant experience, a background in home visiting, and experience hiring, training, and evaluating staff.

Qualifications

Master's degree in human services or a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent HFA experience.
Experience recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating direct service staff.
Healthy Families Ohio Home Visiting Supervisor Full Credential must be possessed or eligible.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the Help Me Grow home visiting program.
Supervise and support a team of Family Support Specialists with reflective supervision and performance feedback.
Lead regular meetings to communicate program goals and drive progress toward outcomes.
Monitor compliance with Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and HFA policies and procedures.
Build and maintain relationships with community and state partners; provide direct service and participate in outreach as needed.
