Job summary

The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission is seeking a JVSG Training & Development Coordinator to build and maintain training processes, track requirements, and support staff orientation and development.

Responsibilities include scheduling sessions, maintaining training calendars, generating training metrics, and ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations; on-site presence is required, with occasional travel to outreach sites statewide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; professional experience in training or organizational development is a plus.
• Strong time management, organization and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet research required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains training processes tracking requirements per agency, state, and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with staff to create and implement new staff orientation and training program.
• Schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars; maintain calendars and communicate opportunities.
• Develop and maintain logs for training records, certifications, renewals, and continuing education requirements to ensure compliance.
• Track employee completion of required training programs and analyze training effectiveness.
