Responsibilities

Provide direct management and operational guidance to Veteran Employment Coordinators.
Conduct local field audits to ensure staff compliance with state and federal rules.
Review case files and ensure timely system documentation.
Provide supervisory oversight for regional case-conferencing channels.
Collaborate with American Job Center Managers and veteran placement departments for integration into the workforce system.
Analyze data to identify performance gaps and design corrective actions.
On-site attendance is required to interact with staff and clients.
