State of Oklahoma seeks a JVSG Training & Development Coordinator to build and manage training processes, coordinate orientation programs, and schedule sessions statewide. The role focuses on tracking requirements, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines, and developing reports on training KPIs.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, solid MS Office skills, and ability to work independently while handling an active caseload.

Formación

• Knowledge of federal and state veterans’ employment programs (WIOA, JVSG, VA, VR&E) and related guidelines.
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with OESC software and Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain processes for tracking training requirements per guidelines.
• Collaborate to create and implement staff orientation and training programs.
• Schedule training sessions and maintain training calendars and communications with employees.
• Develop and maintain logs for training records, certifications, renewals, and continuing education requirements.
• Track employee completion of required training programs.
• Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements or additional training needs.
• Prepare reports on training metrics and KPIs related to employee development.
• On-site attendance is essential; interact with staff and on-site resources.
