Job summary

Blue Engine is seeking a Manager of Program Implementation for Tennessee. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technical assistance to a portfolio of TN LEAs and strengthening RTI²-A+B systems. Travel across the grand division and statewide is required to support districts and schools.

The role emphasizes diagnosing implementation needs, developing support plans, facilitating learning, coaching, and coordinating data-driven improvements with district and school leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• K–12 teaching experience: 3+ years with demonstrated impact.
• Experience coaching teachers.
• Experience in special education, multilingual education, RTI/MTSS or tiered intervention preferred.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and facilitate learning, data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Develop clear support plans with LEA and school leaders.
• Design and facilitate professional learning and collaborative communities.
• Coach educators and leaders on RTI²-A+B implementation.
• Coordinate scheduling, data collection, and documentation for LEAs.
• Monitor progress and adjust technical assistance based on data.
