• Knowledge of eligibility programs and determination processes.
• Experience with public assistance eligibility operations.
• Ability to analyze case information and generate reports.
• Familiarity with data analysis and operational reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

• Review and process eligibility case actions requiring research or clarification.
• Analyze case information to determine next steps for eligibility actions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and eligibility errors.
• Ensure compliance with eligibility policies, federal/state requirements, and ESS instructions.
