Responsibilities

• Review and process eligibility actions requiring research, clarification, correction, or additional operational attention.
• Analyze case information and system data to determine next steps for eligibility actions.
• Research and resolve case discrepancies, system-generated alerts, eligibility errors, and missing information.
• Review cases for compliance with eligibility policies, federal and state requirements, and ESS operating instructions.
• Prepare reports and maintain tracking mechanisms for assigned case actions and corrective actions.
