Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with public assistance eligibility operations or case processing preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and data reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and process eligibility case actions requiring research or clarification.
• Analyze case information to determine next steps for applications, renewals, changes, redeterminations, and transfers.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and system-generated errors to ensure timely disposition.
• Review cases for compliance with policies, federal and state requirements.
• Maintain tracking mechanisms for case actions and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and manage workload to meet timeframes.
• Support quality improvement and statewide eligibility initiatives.
