Responsibilities

• Review and process eligibility case actions requiring research or clarification.
• Analyze case information and system data to determine next steps for eligibility actions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, alerts, and missing information.
• Ensure compliance with eligibility policies and federal/state requirements.
• Perform case research using Department systems and reports.
• Identify cases approaching processing timeframes and escalate when needed.
• Assist with statewide efforts to reduce pending workloads and improve timeliness.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and management information related to eligibility operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard customer information.
