Job summary

Lendbuzz in Utah seeks a Sales Director to lead our field sales efforts across the state, managing Market Development Managers and driving statewide dealer growth, performance, and profitability. You will translate national sales vision into localized strategy and execution, coaching your team and expanding territory.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a strong network of dealers and a track record of growth, willing to travel extensively within the state (up to 70–80%).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Automotive Lending, F&I, or Dealer Sales—multi-market oversight preferred.
• Proven success in building and managing field sales teams.
• Strong network of dealer relationships with track record of territory growth.
• Highly strategic with ability to execute in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using performance data for decisions.
• Hands-on leadership—coach in the field, not from a desk.
• Ability to travel extensively within the state (up to 70–80%).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Execution across the state with clear goals for MDMs and targets for volume, growth, and retention.
• Build and develop Field Teams through hiring, coaching, and mentoring MDMs.
• Lead Market Strategy and Expansion across metro and rural areas.
• Drive Dealer Growth and Relationship Management, signing new dealerships and driving adoption of solutions.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Alignment with underwriting, credit, inside sales, and marketing.
• Monitor Performance and use data-driven tools to optimize team results.
