Job summary

Global Lending Services seeks a Regional Sales Director to drive auto financing growth in the West region, including California. You will coach Area Sales Managers and Independent Agents, recruit new leaders, and establish relationships with dealerships to expand our market presence and meet strategic targets.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in auto finance sales, with ability to travel extensively and operate from a home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years’ experience in auto finance, preferably sub-prime auto financing.
• Five years’ sales experience within the auto industry preferred.
• Knowledge of the assigned territory market with existing customer relationships preferred.
• Intrinsic motivation with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Grow regional auto financing sales in the West region (includes CA).
• Coach Area Sales Managers and Independent Sales Agents to position GLS as a leading provider.
• Recruit and train new Area Sales Managers.
• Build relationships with dealers and introduce company procedures and services.
• Maintain records and collaborate with GLS Agency partners to meet goals.
