Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking a Sales Director to lead our field sales across New Mexico, overseeing a team of Market Development Managers and driving dealer growth and profitability. You'll translate national sales vision into local strategy, coach your team in the field, and collaborate with underwriting, credit, inside sales, and marketing to deliver a seamless dealer experience.

Residency within or near NM is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Automotive Lending, F&I, or Dealer Sales.
• Experience in building and managing field sales teams.
• Strong dealer network with market growth track record.
• Strategic thinker who can execute in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on leadership; coaches in the field.
• Ability to travel within the state up to 70–80%.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional execution across the state with MDMs, setting clear goals and targets.
• Build and develop field teams; hire, coach, and mentor MDMs for strong dealer partnerships.
• Develop market strategy and expansion across metro and rural areas.
• Drive dealer growth and relationships; promote adoption of Lendbuzz solutions.
• Coordinate with underwriting, credit, inside sales, and marketing for a seamless dealer experience.
• Use data-driven tools to track KPIs and optimize performance.
