Job summary

Lendbuzz in Colorado Springs seeks a strategic Sales Director to lead statewide field sales, coach a team of Market Development Managers, and grow dealer partnerships while optimizing contract volume and market share.

You will translate national vision into local execution, travel extensively (up to 70–80%), and collaborate with underwriting, credit, and marketing to drive growth and profitability.

Residence near the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Automotive Lending, F&I, or Dealer Sales—preferably with multi-market oversight.
• Proven success in building and managing field sales teams.
• Strong network of dealer relationships and a track record of territory growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Execution across the state, setting goals for Market Development Managers and driving volume, growth and retention.
• Build and develop field teams through coaching and mentoring.
• Develop market strategy and expansion across metro and rural areas.
• Drive dealer growth and manage relationships to increase adoption of Lendbuzz solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, credit, inside sales, and marketing to deliver a seamless dealer experience.
• Use data-driven KPIs to monitor performance and optimize results.
