Job summary

Lendbuzz is seeking a Sales Director to lead field sales across Indiana, managing a team of Market Development Managers and driving statewide dealer growth, performance, and profitability.

The role translates the national sales vision into localized strategy, coaching field teams, guiding territory expansion, and building strong dealer relationships to grow contract volume and market share. Residence in or near Indiana is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive lending, FI, or dealer sales with multi-market oversight.
• Proven success leading field sales teams and growing dealer networks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decisions.
• Rose through hands-on leadership, coaching teams in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across the state, setting goals for MDMs and targets.
• Hire, coach, and mentor MDMs to build strong dealer partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and drive scalable go-to-market expansion.
• Support dealer growth and adoption of Lendbuzz solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, credit, inside sales, and marketing.
• Track KPIs and optimize team performance with data-driven insights.
