Job summary

Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide direct nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while supporting daily living activities and comfort.

You will monitor residents, report changes to the nursing team, assist with care plans, and help educate other personnel. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and collaboration within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered STNA license in the state
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must be a supportive team member and promote teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assist residents with daily living activities (toileting, incontinence care, mobility)
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team
• Supervise and educate STNAs and Facility personnel on policies and procedures
• Participate in staff development activities and orientation
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following safety and sanitation protocols
• Ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained and used
