Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a supportive team environment. You will assist with bathing, grooming, and activities of daily living, while monitoring conditions and communicating changes to the nursing team.
Ideal candidates hold a current STNA license in Ohio, are able to read and write in English, and participate in ongoing staff development.
Qualificações
- Must possess a current, unencumbered STNA license in this state.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Responsabilidades
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist residents with daily living activities (toileting, incontinence care, mobility).
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
- Supervise and educate STNAs and other facility personnel on policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff development activities and orientation programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment following safety and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained and used.
