Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, support daily living activities, document changes, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered STNA license required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Team player who supports colleagues and coordinates with nursing staff.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Knowledgeable about nursing practices and guidelines for care facilities.
• Willingness to supervise and mentor other staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Supervise STNAs and educate facility personnel on policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff development activities and orientation programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure proper equipment use.
• Follow care plans and document daily notes.
