Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor conditions, and report changes to the nursing team.

You will also supervise other staff, participate in training programs, and ensure a clean, safe environment in accordance with facility policies. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered State Tested Nursing Assistant license
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Proven ability to work as part of a collaborative care team
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality of care
• Wamiliarity with basic nursing procedures and facility policies
• Ability to follow directions and maintain professional boundaries

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as toileting and mobility
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team
• Supervise and educate STNAs and other facility personnel on policies and procedures
• Participate in staff development activities and orientation programs
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following sanitation protocols
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies
