Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in our Dublin, OH facility. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and support nursing staff with education and safety procedures.

The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and adherence to nursing standards. English proficiency is required, and the position involves on-site care within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a State Tested Nursing Assistant in this state.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be a supportive team member and contribute to teamwork.
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility.
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
Supervise and educate STNAs and other Facility personnel on policies and procedures.
Participate in staff development and orientation activities.
Maintain a clean and safe environment following safety and sanitation protocols.
