Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sr. Manager for Starlink Enterprise Accounts, state & local programs. You will lead a team, manage enterprise contracts and drive revenue with government customers at scale. Build tools, set goals and own end-to-end program delivery from contract signature to renewal.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive government experience, and the ability to scale a new function within a startup-like environment. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years working with State & Local executives and customers in technical products/services.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strategy and growth plans for Starlink government subsidies.
• Grow and lead enterprise account management within Starlink.
• Hire and lead an exceptional team and build scalable tools.
• Manage non-technical project management for government accounts.
• Own onboarding, ongoing account management and long-term revenue growth.
