Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Starlink Enterprise Accounts (State & Local Programs) to lead a fast-growing government-focused team.

You will drive strategy, manage enterprise contracts, and scale Starlink adoption across state and local programs while ensuring customer happiness and revenue realization. You will hire and coach a high-performing team, build tools and processes to automate accounts, and work across commercial, engineering, and finance functions to deliver outcomes on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 10+ years working with State & Local executives and customers on a technical product/service.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and rapidly implement strategy and growth plans for delivering Starlink to government subsidized programs.
• Grow and build the enterprise account management function within Starlink and lead an exceptional team.
• Manage all aspects of non-technical project management for government subsidized accounts and ensure contracts are delivered on time.
• Own the customer interface from contract signature onwards including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention of revenue.
