Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Starlink Enterprise Accounts (State & Local Programs) to lead a team delivering Starlink to government subsidized programs.

You will drive enterprise contracts, scale operations, and coordinate with finance, software, and government stakeholders to accelerate revenue realization and customer happiness. The role requires extensive experience with State & Local executives, a strong leadership record, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years working with State & Local executives and customers to support a technical product/service.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and rapidly implement strategy and growth plans for delivering Starlink to government subsidized programs.
• Grow and build the enterprise account management function within Starlink; hire and lead an exceptional team; identify and build tools to manage accounts at scale.
• Manage all aspects of non-technical project management for government subsidized accounts; finalize contracts and ensure on-time delivery; communicate risks internally.
• Own the customer interface from contract signature onwards including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue.
