Nava is seeking a Capture Engineer to own the full capture loop for a portfolio of states, driving territory strategy, relationship-building with government stakeholders, and outbound material generation using AI-native tools. You will translate market signals into qualified leads and orchestrate cross-functional pursuit activities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a client-facing capture, BD, or territory management role in government tech or public sector consulting.
• Working knowledge of state government operations, federal compliance, and Nava’s programs (SNAP, Medicaid, UI, PFML, child care).
• Ability to engage credibly with technical buyers on implementation, data systems, and modernization.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio and develop state-specific capture plans and 90-day activity roadmaps.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and coordination with stakeholders; involve Solutions Architects as needed.
• Shape procurement requirements pre-RFP to favor Nava’s approach and competitive positioning.
• Build warm relationships with 8–12 state contacts per territory and deliver relevant intelligence.
• Coordinate with RevOps to ensure bid signals feed the territory plan.
