Qualifikationen

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 8–10+ years in systems engineering, solutions architecture, or related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government customers, specifically Air Force.
• Familiarity with VA and/or DoW systems and mission sets.
• Proven record of supporting or leading technical proposals in response to government RFPs.
• Experience in capture and business development activities.

• Collaborate with BD and SMEs to identify, build, and execute win strategies.
• Engage government customers during pre-RFP shaping to influence requirements.
• Lead technical solution development for RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought notices.
• Develop solutions across mission areas and technical domains.
• Author technical volumes, white papers, and narratives from concept to completion.
