Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Startup Operations team member to act as a setup consultant for new Dedicated Transportation Solutions startups. You will train drivers and managers, write process documents, and provide design-level consulting for product enhancements.

Role requires extensive travel (75-80%), assignment to new sites nationwide for defined periods, and a focus on fast-paced, high‑impact execution within a dynamic team.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years in supply chain/logistics/related field.
• 1+ year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency and logistics knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production.

Responsabilidades

• Support startup projects with flawless execution and CSF adherence.
• Ensure drivers/managers understand core operations and systems.
• Answer questions and make quick decisions during startup phase.
• Train new management and Certified Driver Trainer groups.
• Develop process flows and guidance for consistent operations.
