Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search seeks an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to manage daily operations in a startup manufacturing facility in Georgia. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, oversee production staff, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Responsibilities include process monitoring, SOP development, and optimization of cycle times, material usage, and downtime. This role requires shift coverage across first and second shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of injection molding operations with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Proven supervisory or team-lead experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Ability to identify and fix molding defects and improve cycle times.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support startups and new processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations, ensuring schedules, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
• Provide direction, training, and technical support to production personnel.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor process parameters and product quality to ensure consistency.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Tooling to resolve equipment issues.
