True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to manage daily operations in a startup manufacturing facility. You will lead a hands-on team, oversee machine setups and process changes, and drive safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in injection molding, strong troubleshooting skills, and can help establish efficient production processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams across first and second shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in injection molding operations.
• Hands-on with mold changes and equipment startups.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting startups and new processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules, quality and efficiency goals.
• Provide direction, training, and technical support to production personnel.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production performance, cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Develop and implement SOPs within the startup facility.
