Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a startup manufacturing facility in Georgia. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive safety, quality, and productivity, while coordinating with cross-functional teams across shifts.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in injection molding operations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and mold change experience.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, robotics, and auxiliary equipment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide direction, training, and technical support to production personnel.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Develop and implement SOPs within the startup facility.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Tooling to resolve equipment issues.
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
