Job summary

Markent Personnel seeks an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a startup manufacturing facility on first and second shifts in McDonough, GA.

The role requires hands-on leadership to drive production, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. 3–5+ years in injection molding with supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in injection molding operations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and mold changes experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of thermoplastics, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
• Startup or rapid-growth manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Provide direction, training, and technical support to production personnel.
• Oversee machine setups, startups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
• Monitor performance, cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
• Develop and implement SOPs; coordinate with Maintenance and Tooling to resolve issues.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
